In Memory of Ellen - E-Packet - Barbara Franzreb-Bunsey

A winter themed project inspired by the art of Ellen Stamilio. Poinsettias and Pine cones adorn this project.

Ellen Stamilio was a beautiful painter and a beautiful person. She had designed spring, summer, and fall patterns on pantry baskets. The last time I saw her, she told me she had some ideas for a winter design, but passed away before she finished it. I hope I do justice to her style with this piece, which I’ve named In Memory of Ellen. Ellen looked like the angels she painted. I see her sitting among the angels, painting again in God’s presence. - Barbara Franzreb-Bunsey
