We hate having "policies" (Wouldn’t it be nice just to paint?) but alas, they help our system run more smoothly.
You will receive your invoice in your email when an order is placed.
Orders are printed and processed in the order they are received.
Credit card orders are processed immediately by our Gateway Credit Card Provider - PayPal.
This prevents the credit card numbers from being handled by "people" or stored incorrectly, decreasing the chance of fraud.
This is done for your protection.
All out-of-stock items will be back ordered automatically and shipped at our expense. If an item becomes unavailable, we will refund.
If you desire to have an item taken off the backorder list and refunded, please call 740-441-1564 and speak to our staff. Please check your order status on the web site to see a report of items back ordered.
All attempts are made to represent products, pricing, and information accurately. We reserve the right to refund or cancel orders as necessary.
If your order consists only of E-packets, you can download your packets from the link on the “Thank You” page after checkout. This link will take you to your order status, where there will be a blue download link for the packets you have purchased.
Please contact us with any difficulties and we will resolve them as soon as possible.
Orders Lost in the Mail:
As much as we try, at times things go missing. Please check your order status online to verify it has been shipped, allow appropriate time for transit, and then contact us if you suspect an item is lost in the mail. We will work with you to resolve any problems.
For copyright protection, all sales are final. We attempt to provide the highest level of quality for all of our products. If you have any problem with products on our website please contact us and we will do our best to correct it.
If an item is defective we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Please note that shipping is done Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Occasionally, shipping estimates may be off in which case we will manually assess charges prior to shipping the order. Customers will be notified of the accurate shipping costs and can then decide if they wish to continue with their order.

Orders shipped internationally can be delayed by customs. Allow additional time for this. We are not responsible for other charges incurred, including Taxes, Duties and brokerage fees.
Goods damaged by Shipping:
Products that are damaged by the shipping carrier do not fall under our responsibility. We do our best to package products to prevent any damage but sometimes things happen. Please keep all of your original packaging (you will need this for the carrier) and contact the carrier immediately (they have time restraints.) If a package arrives with obvious damage to the carton, try to preserve this when opening the package. Never ship a product back to us without contacting us first. All expenses incurred when an item is returned unnecessarily will be the responsibility of the customer.
